Andrea B. Niesen is a civil litigation attorney with experience in all areas of employment law, disability matters, professional licensing and contracts, workers' compensation, and construction defect claims. Andrea is a qualified neutral as recognized by the Minnesota Supreme Court, able to assist with mediations related to employment disputes. She is admitted to practice in both state and federal court systems in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Andrea has been a dedicated member of the Rochester legal community, starting at Bird, Jacobsen & Stevens in 2004, and then transitioning her legal practice to Klampe, Delehanty & Pasternak, LLC in 2016 and became a partner to form Klampe, Delehanty, Pasternak & Niesen, LLC in 2019. Andrea grew up in central Wisconsin. She received a business management degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2000 and her law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2003. Upon completing her law degree, Andrea started her legal practice at a well-respected law firm in Milwaukee, handling employment and workers' compensation cases.

For over 15 years, she has volunteered with Make-A-Wish Foundation of Minnesota, as both a former executive board member and a local wish granter. In 2018, she was appointed to the executive board for the People's Food Co-Op, and she is currently the board secretary. She also serves on the executive board for Family Services Rochester, a nonprofit organization with the mission to support and enhance the dignity and quality of life for individuals and families in our community. Andrea was named Attorney of the Year for 2017 - a prestigious honor awarded to a select group of attorneys each year.
