Klampe, Delehanty & Morris, LLC has been serving clients in and around Southern Minnesota for over 30 years. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. The firm was founded by Rochester native Mike Klampe (deceased 2001) who earned wide recognition and praise for his legal skill, passionate commitment to his clients’ interests, and his volunteerism and broad contributions to the community.

The firm is directed by law partners Mark Delehanty and JoMarie Morris. Both are experienced, well-regarded and successful trial lawyers, with long family connections to the community. They continue the tradition of top quality legal services in a variety of areas of law, and a commitment of service to the community. The firm has broad experience and success representing injured people and their loved ones who have suffered motor vehicle injuries, or injuries from defective products. Generally the firm accepts injury cases on a contingency fee basis so there is no fee for the legal services until and unless the client receives a money recovery.

Other areas of practice include employment concerns such as discharge and discrimination, severance and wage claim, insurance disputes and representing elderly and vulnerable adults, family law and immigration. There is never a charge for initial phone calls.

The face of Southern Minnesota has changed in the past decade, and our office and clients reflect that change. We have staff fluent in several foreign languages and we have ready access to and great familiarity using interpreters.

We maintain frequent contact with our clients and come to know them personally. We take our own calls, and return calls and emails promptly. For our injury case clients we often travel to the client’s home, hospital bed or wherever serves the client’s convenience.
